1. At what specific frequency does the system operate?
Transceivers are programmed to 868.9 MHz by default when shipped
The frequency is tuned via a radio channel through the PPR software
2. What is the channel width?
Depends on the data rate over the air: 0.3 or 1.0 MHz.
3. In what range can this frequency be changed?
The input filters have a band of +- 5 MHz.
4. Is it possible to change the frequency remotely on all devices, what means are there for this?
All settings, including the operating frequency, can be changed remotely. To do this, use a program with an adapter "Parameter Programmer" software
5. How can we remotely monitor the system, provided that there is a VPN channel to the customer, the ability to install the necessary software?
The MS2.0 device is installed at the customer's site, after which the customer's communication system can be remotely monitored.
6. How deep can the dispatcher receive: walkie-talkie, battery level, signal level? Is there specialized software or integrations into monitoring systems (e.g. Zabbix)?
Use Monitoring & Control Software to monitor the operation of the communication system. This software allows you to control many parameters, including the battery level, the signal strength between stationary stations, the recording of conversations and much more.
